De Baak is the institute for personal leadership. If was founded in 1959 by the Centraal Sociaal Werkgeversverbond, one of the predecessors of the current VNO-NCW employers’ organisation. Its first activities were financed by the Marshall plan shortly after WWII. Their intensive training courses challenge leaders on their intellect, intuition and interaction. How do you consciously and at any given moment deploy the right combination of your own qualities and those of others?
